About Sari Lawrence

Real estate has never been just a career for me—it’s been my passion and life’s work. As the Broker/Owner and Principal Broker of RE/MAX Creative Realty, and the owner of multiple RE/MAX franchises, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients achieve their real estate goals while creating an environment where agents can build successful, rewarding businesses.

Over the years, I’ve experienced both strong and challenging markets. Those experiences have shaped my approach, teaching me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of leading with integrity. I believe success is built on strong relationships, sound business practices, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

I’m especially passionate about helping real estate professionals succeed. As a non-competing broker, my focus is entirely on supporting the agents in my brokerage. By providing strong training, innovative tools, practical coaching, and a collaborative culture, I help agents deliver exceptional service while growing businesses they’re proud of.

Whether I’m working with a new agent, an experienced REALTOR®, or a client making one of life’s biggest financial decisions, my goal is always the same—to listen, offer honest guidance, and create solutions that lead to successful outcomes.

I believe learning never stops, which is why I’m always looking for better ways to serve through education, technology, and strong leadership. Seeing others achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my horses, gardening, and reading—interests that reflect the patience, consistency, and care I bring to my business.
